Nicole Graham, Founder and CEO of SMEC
Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club was founded by Nicole Graham, a visionary leader with a unique blend of experience in aviation, education, and human resources. As a former flight attendant, Nicole traveled the world and developed a deep appreciation for curiosity, exploration, and cultural connection. With over two decades of experience in Human Resources and Training, she has spent her career helping people grow, build strong teams, and create supportive spaces where others can thrive.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a concentration in Human Resources and is currently pursuing her Master’s in Education. Over the past year, she has also worked as a substitute teacher in Georgia, where she witnessed firsthand the need for more safe, engaging, and meaningful after-school opportunities for children. This experience, combined with her heart for service through her nonprofit Phoenix Love Foundation Corporation, inspired her to take action and build a program that meets the real needs of families and communities.
Through Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club, Nicole is dedicated to empowering children to dream big, build healthy friendships, encourage one another, and explore career paths—especially in fields like STEAM and aviation—that they might not otherwise encounter. SMEC is designed to be a safe haven where children can learn, grow, and feel inspired, while giving parents the peace of mind that their children are in a nurturing and purposeful environment.
