Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club (SMEC) is an innovative Learning Center and K–8 after school program designed to ignite curiosity, confidence, and creativity in every child. We specialize in hands-on STEAM education with a powerful focus on Aviation, Drones, Robotics, Engineering, and Lifestyle Skills that equip students with the tools they need to excel—academically, socially, and personally.
✈️ Launching the Next Generation of Thinkers, Leaders & Innovators
We are one of the first youth programs in Georgia to intentionally introduce Aviation and Drone Technology to elementary and middle school students—exposing them early to high-demand career pathways where minorities and women are significantly underrepresented.
- Women represent less than 10% of pilots nationwide.
- Black pilots make up less than 3% of the field.
- STEM/STEAM careers are projected to grow faster than all other occupations over the next decade.
By giving students early exposure, SMEC is closing opportunity gaps and unlocking pathways that many children would never encounter until adulthood—if ever.
