At Sprouting Minds Enrichment Club, we are committed to building a passionate and professional team that shares our mission of nurturing the whole child. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Site Coordinators, Tutors, Enrichment Instructors, and Program Assistants. We seek individuals who are enthusiastic about inspiring young minds within an organized, supportive environment that values collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth. All positions require a passion for working with children, strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create a safe, supportive, and enriching environment. CPR certification is preferred.

Our Site Coordinators oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure programming runs smoothly. 

Tutors work with small groups to support academic growth in core subjects. 

Enrichment Instructors lead hands-on activities in STEAM, aviation, SEL, and life skills, encouraging creativity and critical thinking. 

Program Assistants provide support across all areas, helping with supervision, setup, and transitions.
